On a more personal front, Kohli got hitched to the talented Hindi film actor, Anushka Sharma earlier this month in a dream wedding at Tuscany, Italy. Virat Kohli as run-hungry as ever
Speaking at the press conference ahead of his departure for South Africa, the Indian skipper said, “This was a special moment (marriage) but was also training for South Africa in the last three weeks. You need to play cricket for long period of time to win abroad. The hunger this time is the same. We want to do what we couldn’t the last time around.”
Indian head coach, Ravi Shastri has already stated categorically that the next 18 months will be crucial in shaping the course of Indian cricket and its future position, primarily because it will involve a lot of Cricket on foreign soil.
