The World T20 being played in the India meant one obvious thing – plenty of help for the spinners. The opening game of the Super 10 between India and New Zealand at Nagpur was a big example of it. The tournament was majorly spin dominated with spinners banking on the slow dry surfaces at various venues. So, it was quite certain that the top wicket-takers chart would be spinner dominated. And, as expected, the slow bowlers were superior to their fast bowling counterparts with four of the five highest wicket takers of the recently concluded mega event featured spinners.
