The last time Kuldeep Yadav had played a competitive game at the Eden Gardens, he had ended up in tears. The reason behind it was the beating he received at the hands of Moeen Ali during the IPL game between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore earlier this year. Kuldeep had a terrible outing in IPL till that point before the Royal Challengers compounded his miseries.

In his four forgettable overs, he had conceded 59 runs including 26 runs in one with Moeen Ali hitting him all over the park. In his final over, Kuldeep was hit for three sixes and a couple of fours by the England star. At the end of that onslaught, Kuldeep was seen breaking down. He did not play any game in the season after that game and ended the season with just four wickets from nine games.

The spinner is now back at the famous venue once again for the forthcoming second Test between India and Bangladesh. The game would be the historic day-night Test as both India and Bangladesh start their journeys in pink-ball Tests. And a day ahead of the game, he took to Instagram to share his excitement with the fans.

“Back at the Eden 😍. Lovely memories here. Excited for our first ever day night test.✌🏻 #PinkBallTest,” wrote Kuldeep Yadav.

Yuzvendra Chahal roasts user for mocking Kuldeep:

As Kuldeep expressed his excitement over his return to the venue and the day-night Test, one user tried to play party pooper. The user reminded Kuldeep about the IPL game in which Moeen Ali had taken him to the cleaners. But before the chinaman spinner could even react to the comment, his spin partner Yuzvendra Chahal jumped into action.

The leg-spinner put the fan into his place by writing the line that has gone viral all over the social media. “Tu pahli fursat me nikal,” wrote Chahal as he shut the fan down.

India, meanwhile, are leading the two-match Test series after winning the first one by an innings and 130 runs. Kuldeep was not a part of that Test but could make it to the playing eleven for the upcoming game because of being familiar with the pink ball. In 2016, he had starred with the pink ball in the Duldeep Trophy final.
