Chris Gayle, the veteran West Indies opener is approaching the fag end of his illustrious career. The 40-year-old is a renowned name in the shorter format of the game. Moreover, he has several records mentioned next to his name in World Cricket. At this moment also, there will be very few teams that will not want to acquire his services in the T20 format.

Surprisingly, Jamaica Tallawahs recently released him ahead of CPL 2020. And, he has come out taking a controversial dig at his former teammate and assistant coach of the Tallawahs, Ramnaresh Sarwan in a YouTube video.

In a long video, the Universe Boss said that it was due to Sarwan he was not retained by the CPL franchise. He also said that the 39-year-old is more dangerous than Coronavirus, who always try to backstab his players and teammates for his own interests. As per Gayle, the former West Indies player turned the owner of the team against him.
