Team India’s star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is one of the most valuable players in the Indian squad. Jadeja contributes heavily to the Indian team in all three departments of the game. He has also played some valuable knocks for his team and has created some magical moments with his energetic fielding.

Jadeja is a Rajputana boy who was born on December 6, 1988. He comes from a very humble background as his father was a watchman and wanted him to be in the army. But, Jadeja wanted to represent team India at the highest level. At the age of 16, Jadeja started taking formal cricket training, but soon after his mother’s demise in an accident, he almost decided to leave cricket.

However, Jadeja’s destiny had some other plans as the all-rounder performed exceptionally well in the domestic arena during 2009 and he got his maiden India call-up in 2009 and the left-handed batter has now become an integral part of the Indian squad.
