India’s one of the most celebrated pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah has been enjoying some massive limelight but not for his performance on the field. Instead the right-arm quick has become a subject of interest among the Indian cricket fans as it is speculated that Bumrah will be soon tying the knot with sports journalist and TV presenter Sanjana Ganesan.
Sanjana had won the Miss India crown in 2014 and has been a part of the famous reality show MTV Splitsvilla in Season 7. Over the past few years, Ganesan has been performing the job of a cricket presenter and is also associated with the IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
The rumors of Bumrah starting a new and beautiful chapter in his life had started after the pacer had requested the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to release him from the Indian squad for the fourth Test of the just-concluded four-match series between India and England. This was followed by Jasprit’s exclusion from Team India for the ongoing five-match T20I series against the same opponents.

It is also learned that the pacer will not be returning to action in March as he has asked for a break from the three-match ODI series too. Ever since the news of Jasprit Bumrah getting married to Sanjana floated on social media, fans have been basking in the joy and have started digging the past to find any clue of their relationship.
In the same light, a video of Bumrah and Sanjana from BCCI awards from January last year is going viral where Sanjana can be seen interviewing Bumrah. In the video, Bumrah can be seen batting against himself via virtual reality.
“I was playing against a very good bowler, difficult to tackle such bowlers. I would give him the credit,” Bumrah told Sanjana when asked about the experience of facing his bowling in a virtual reality game.
“No he is very good, I will not take him on,” he added when asked if he would perform better as a batsman against himself next time.
