T20 World Cup 2026 Squads – Full player list

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 will be the 10th edition of the marquee tournament and will be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka from February 7 to March 8. A total of 20 teams will compete for the title, continuing the expanded format introduced in the previous edition.

The tournament will feature 55 matches and will follow a three-stage format. In the first round, the 20 teams are divided into four groups of five (Groups A, B, C, and D). Each team will play the others in their group once during the group stage.

The top two teams from each group will advance to the Super 8 stage, where the eight qualified sides will be split into two groups of four. The leading teams from these Super 8 groups will then progress to the semi-finals, followed by the final on March 8. Notably, India entered the tournament as defending champions, having won the 2024 edition.
