ICC World Cup Ticket Booking 2023: How to Book Tickets for Semi-Final & Final Matches, Price List, and Stadium-wise Ticket Availability

The upcoming edition of the ODI World Dup promises to be an intriguing affair with quite a few teams being in contention to win the coveted title. Defending champions England and five-time champions Australia are two of the hot favourites in the tournament. Hosts India will also enter the tournament as one of the strongest contenders.

The likes of New Zealand and South Africa are yet to win a World Cup but they have a fine squad of players and can also go the distance. The excitement among the fans is at an all-time high as tickets are selling like hotcakes. The much-awaited tickets for the semifinals and finals of the marquee event will be up for sale on Friday, September 15.

The first semifinal of World Cup 2023 will be held at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, on November 15, while the second semifinal is scheduled to take place at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, on November 16. The summit clash will take place at the largest cricket stadium in the world - Narendra Modi Stadium, in Ahmedabad on November 19.

How To Book Semifinal and Final Tickets Online & Offline, Match Dates, Price List:

After a resounding response for the round-robin phase of the tournament, BookMyShow will be releasing the semifinal and final tickets for the fans on Friday, September 15, from 8:00 PM (IST) onwards.

Tickets for the three knockout matches at the three different venues will be up for grabs and fans will be able to choose the blocks they want to buy tickets for.

“Starting tomorrow, Friday 15 September at 20:00 IST, fans can secure their seats for the semi-finals and the final of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 by visiting the official ticketing website," ICC said in a media release.

Here's the step-by-step guide to buying the ICC ODI World Cup Semi-finals and final tickets online:

The tickets will be released for the following matches:

1. Wednesday, 15 November- Semi-final 1, Wankhede stadium in Mumbai

2. Thursday, 16 November- Semi-final 2, Eden Gardens in Kolkata

3. Sunday 19 November- Final, Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad

Step 1: Log on to bookmyshow official website and login with your account. (try to do this 5-10 minutes before the start of ticket sales (8 PM IST)

Step 2: Go under “ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup India 2023” section and scroll down to ‘Find Matches by venue’ option. Then select either of Mumbai, Kolkata or Ahmedabad, the venues for the three knockout fixtures of the mega event. Notably, the Semi-final 1 will be played in Mumbai, Semi-final 2 will be played in Kolkata and the final will be played in Ahmedabad.

Step 4: After selecting the venue. Click on the knockout match you wish to book and click on book. Due to high demand you might be put in a queue before you’re given access to the stadium seats. Stay in the queue and wait for your turn and don’t reload the page.

Step 5: Select the required number of tickets you wish to buy, based upon different price categories.

Step 6: Click on 'Book' and add the delivery address.

Step 7: Click on Proceed to Pay and make the payment and book your ticket.

The first match of the showpiece event will be played between last edition's finalists, England and New Zealand in Ahmedabad on October 5.
