The Women's Asia Cup 2022 is all set to get underway from the October 1 and defending champions Bangladesh will host the eighth edition of the T20 tournament. Seven teams, including Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh and UAE, will take on each other in a round robin format, with the top four teams qualifying for the semi finals. The final is set to be held on October 15 at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.
India has the most number of titles so far with six to their name. The last Asia Cup was held in 2018 when Bangladesh beat India to win their maiden title. The tournament this year will kick off with Bangladesh taking on Thailand at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.
