IPL 2024, Match 11: Lucknow Super Giants vs Punjab Kings Match Preview

Lucknow Super Giants square off against Punjab Kings at the Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow on Saturday, March 30 in what will be the eleventh match of the ongoing Indian Premier League. Both teams are coming off a defeat in their previous game and will look to change things around in the coming fixture.

In their opening game of the edition, Lucknow failed to start the way they would have liked. They faced a defeat against Rajasthan Royals and fell short by 20 runs of the target. Skipper KL Rahul (58) and vice-captain Nicholas Pooran (64) did keep LSG in the hunt but the other batters failed to contribute to the team's total. LSG will face PBKS in their second game of the tournament and will look to open their account in the points table.

On the other hand, the Punjab-based franchise won their opening game of the season against Delhi Capitals at home by four wickets. But after a close win, PBKS lost their second match to Royal Challengers Bengaluru by four wickets. The Shikhar Dhawan-led will put the previous defeat behind them and look to go winning ways and add more two points to the points table.
