Sri Lanka will take on Bangladesh in the final and series-deciding match of the three-match T20I series at R. Premadasa Stadium, Colombo, on Wednesday, July 16.
The Lankan Lions won the opening T20I convincingly by seven wickets, thanks largely to a brilliant 73-run innings from Kusal Mendis that guided the team to victory. However, the Bangla Tigers bounced back strongly in the second match, with skipper Litton Das scoring a crucial 76 runs. They combined with tight bowling and secured an 83-run win to level the series.
The tourists will be eager to clinch the series victory, especially after their ongoing tour has seen them lose both the Test and ODI legs, respectively. Sri Lanka, on the other hand, would want to make it 3-nil with a win against Litton & Co on Wednesday.
