The cricketing trends in social media today saw the cricketers tweet from all over the world. As expected, it was the IPL that caught the attention of most people on the day. Twitter poured in with congratulatory messages for Brendon McCullum for his 100th game.
Many paid their condolences to a legend of Indian cinema, Vinod Khanna. Aaron Finch and Irfan Pathan congratulated their Gujarat Lions teammate Brendon McCullum for his feat. The dashing duo from Delhi, Virender Sehwag, and Gautam Gambhir along with Amit Mishra all paid their tribute to Vinod Khanna.
Twitter also witnessed a bit of banter between Mumbai Paltan. Former Indian captain Mohammad Azharuddin seemed privileged to be a part of the Indian Army. Sunrisers head coach Tom Moody uploaded a picture of the think tank of the Hyderabad camp.
