Cricketing Trends on Social Media Today

Five star Indian cricketers – Jasprit Bumrah, Shreyas Iyer, Ravindra Jadeja, Karun Nair and RP Singh celebrated their birthdays today. Thus, some of the cricketing trends revolved around this topic. Manoj Tiwary, Ramesh Powar, Sachin Tendulkar and Mayank Agarwal were amongst many others who wished these five players. Sachin even termed Jasprit Bumrah as ‘Jasprit Boomerang’.

The PSL-5 player’s draft was done today and some of the players found new teams for the upcoming edition of the league. Alex Hales thanked the Karachi Kings for picking him. At the same time, he thanked the Islamabad United for all the support in the last couple of seasons. Rumman Raees, on the other hand, welcomed Dale Steyn to the Islamabad United family. The Pakistan cricketer seemed to be excited to play alongside the South African legend.

The other trends revolved around the T20I between India and West Indies. Yuvraj Singh didn’t seem to be happy with India’s fielding. He expressed his disappointment on Twitter. Former cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar shared a video where he explained about the concept of the third umpire calling the no-balls in this series as well as the ODI series next.
