Australian vice-captain David Warner has been really active when it comes to social media. He keeps sharing his day-to-day events to keep the fans updated about him. This morning, he posted a really adorable picture of his daughter who was resting inside Warner’s kit bag.

Social media has always provided a platform for sporting personalities and fans to interact with each other, recollecting incidents down the memory lane, sharing their experiences about a particular event, etc. It’s always a delightful moment for the fans to learn their activities.

Everyone likes to explore the other side of cricketers and how different they are in real life compared to their on-field personalities. Warner who’s known to be an aggressive and no-nonsense cricketer on the field shares many lighter moments across different social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, etc. Today’s post was an example of the same.

He posted the following on Instagram:

“Mmm what to do when your daughter wants to rest in your bag?? Leave her there because she is quiet ???. #kolkata.”

The Aussie opener, David Warner is playing his first ever One-Day International series in India. He wasn’t a part of the Australian squad that toured India in 2013. While he started well in the warm-up game with an innings of 64 runs against the Board President’s XI, he failed to hang in at the crease for a longer duration during the first ODI at Chepauk. He nicked one to Dhoni off Kuldeep Yadav.

Australia who were chasing a revised total of 164 in 21 overs failed to achieve the same. They never looked in a position to win the game. They lost wickets at regular intervals and struggled to put runs on the board. In the end, India won by 26 runs and managed to gain a 1-0 lead in the series.
