Australia opener David Warner is quite a popular member on social media due to his dance videos, face-swapping with popular personalities, and sharing pictures with his family. He is always the one who keeps the atmosphere light with his antics. Apart from being popular in Australia, Warner has also managed to get a huge fan following in India due to his stint in the Indian Premier League (IPL) playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).

In fact, the SRH fans were seen in full support of the southpaw when he was removed from the captaincy. He was replaced as captain in the 14th edition of the IPL by Kane Williamson. While the reason is not yet clear, the orange army were right behind their man even during his bad phase. Warner acknowledged the support and love from fans on his social media account by answering their queries in a jovial manner.

Recently SRH shared a hilarious meme in which they had players Priyam Garg and Khaleel Ahmed in it. The funny post was regarding how a sibling is trying to secretly have a cheat meal and is caught by the other one. Tag someone who has caught you red-handed????,” SRH captioned the funny post.

A fan commented on the post and missed the southpaw’s presence stating, “WARNER there’s no post about you, but you still reply to us”. Warner surprised the fan by responding to him and he wrote, “haha never is but I’ll always reply and say hi. There were heaps before the season.”

David Warner to skip the West Indies series

After returning home from the IPL, Warner can majorly be seen having some fun time with his wife and kids. He has also announced that he won’t be part of the white-ball tour to West Indies, which is starting on July 10. The southpaw asked to Cricket Australia (CA) for a break from the game due to bio-bubble fatigue.

Apart from the series against West Indies, Australia are set to tour Bangladesh for a five-match T20I series starting in the month of August. Warner is yet to confirm if he will be part of the tour.
