The Sunrisers Hyderabad finished their home-leg matches on a high note as they defeated Kings XI Punjab in one of the crucial games which would be deciding the playoff spots. David Warner’s 56-ball 81 played a key role in taking Sunrisers total to 212/6. KL Rahul anchored the chase for the visitors but the runs didn’t come at a quick pace from the other end. By the time Rahul put his foot on the accelerator, the Kings XI needed a mountain to climb. He got out scoring 79 as KXIP finished with 167/8 in their 20 overs.
