Everything will be at stake when reigning Indian Premier League (IPL) champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will take on Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam in the second qualifier on Friday. Delhi will be brimming with confidence after the thrilling win over Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Eliminator. On the other hand, Super Kings will be desperate to bounce back after losing to Mumbai Indians in the first qualifier.

CSK just could not click in their previous encounter against Mumbai who is considered their bogey team. Right from the toss, batting to bowling, nothing much went Super Kings’ way. Put into bat, Super Kings managed just 131 for 4. In reply, Mumbai chased down the total by losing just four wickets to storm into their fifth IPL final. For Super Kings, they have a lot of issues to address before the second qualifier.

Their top-order is just not clicking this season with the likes of Shane Watson, Ambati Rayudu and Suresh Raina looking like a pale shadow of their usual self. CSK will be desperately hoping that their big names finally come good as they look to become the first team to win the IPL four times.

Delhi, on the other hand, will be fancying their chances of beating the Super Kings who are not looking at the dominating best at the moment. However, the high flying Delhi-based outfits should guard against complacency and should not forget the 80-run defeat they had suffered against the same team last week.

The temperature in Visakhapatnam will be around 30-degree Celsius throughout the match while there will no other reason to worry for the teams and the fans as far as the weather is concerned. According to AccuWeather, there are no chances of rain at all tonight.  However, there will be a considerable amount of cloud-coverage throughout the game. According to the weather report, it will be around 31% at the start and will be as high as 49% at one stage of the game. The humidity will be on the higher side and will hover between 77-90%.
