Nathan Coulter-Nile
Nathan Coulter Nile’s IPL career with the RCB never took off. The Challengers shelled out a significant INR 2.20 crores for the speedster, but in 2018 and 2019, he didn’t play a single game after developing injuries both times. Corey Anderson and Dale Steyn were his replacements.
Coulter Nile’s IPL numbers aren’t meek by any stretch of the imagination, picking up 36 wickets from 26 matches. The speedster didn’t have the greatest of outings in the 2016 World Cup where he was taken for aplenty with peanuts to show for his efforts.
The 32-year-old is currently plying his craft for Western Australia in Australia’s domestic One Day Cup and has 14 scalps in six games. In the last match against South Australia, Coulter Nile picked up his second List A five-wicket haul. RCB could end up regretting their decision of letting him go.
