Back in 2009, Manish Pandey made history when he became the first Indian batsman to score a century in the IPL. It came while he was playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) against the Deccan Chargers towards the end of that second season. The Karnataka batsman played the Under-19 World Cup under Virat Kohli in 2008.

That year, he was drafted to Mumbai Indians (MI). However, it was a dreadful season for the youngster. He played three games and batted in two innings. But all he could muster in those two innings were three runs. Hence, he was traded to RCB in 2009.

He played for RCB for a couple of years before he moved to Pune Warriors India (PWI). Later, he has also turned out to play for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). But his stint with MI is less known and hence, he features in this list.
