Irfan Pathan turns barber amid quarantine, gives brother Yusuf Pathan a haircut

The world has been put to a halt due to the COVID-19 pandemic as people are grappling against the life-threatening virus by staying indoors. More than 2 lakh people across the globe have succumbed to death and most countries are abiding by the lockdown to tackle the situation.

Along with the human world, the sporting scenario has also been hampered by the pandemic. Major tournaments and series have either been cancelled or postponed for the same reason. Meanwhile, with no sporting action in sight, many cricketers are enjoying lockdown either on social media or with their family.

Several cricketers have shared clips of themselves on social media where they can be seen working out indoors or indulging in various household chores. Recently, current Indian skipper Virat Kohli had uploaded a video where wife Anushka Sharma can be seen cutting his hair. Many cricketers are uploading videos and photos of them cutting their own hair as well.

Sachin Tendulkar had also shared a clip where the Indian legend was spotted cutting his own hair amid the lockdown. Yusuf Pathan also joined the trend and uploaded a picture after getting a haircut amid the quarantine. He shared his before and after look on Instagram and revealed that his barber was none other than his brother– Irfan Pathan.

Irfan and Yusuf Pathan have been spreading awareness amid COVID-19 outbreak

Amid such a stern situation, the whole cricket fraternity including Yusuf and Irfan Pathan have come forward to aid in the battle against the pandemic. After distributing masks, the duo also distributed 10000 kg rice and 700 kg potato in Baroda among poor and needy people.

Along with donating in the battle against coronavirus debacle, the brothers have also been spreading awareness on social media. Both have been suggesting their fans to stay indoors and abide by the lockdown in order to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Irfan also has urged his followers to not panic in such a critical situation and not spread false news during these times.
