KL Rahul takes a dig at Hardik Pandya's hairstyle with an Instagram story

Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya is known for his flamboyance and spirited attitude. The Gujarat-born cricketer was trending during the 4th ODI between India and Sri Lanka. Pandya scored 19 runs off 18 balls, including a six and a four; and picked up 2 wickets, giving away 50 runs from his 8 overs. Surely not the stats to make someone go trending, Pandya was going viral because of his latest hairstyle.

Pandya sported a hairstyle similar to that of West Indies all-rounder Andre Russell. The Indian is popularly known as “Kungu Panda” and can also be easily related to the Windies style of living. His hairstyle received mixed reaction after Twitterati poked fun at him. Many of the fans suggested Pandya to go for a haircut and avoid such blunders. Indian batsman KL Rahul is one of those who wants Pandya to change his current look. The duo is taking part in the limited overs series and are often seen hanging around during the day offs.

Rahul takes a dig at Pandya again

Rahul took a dig at Pandya’s look and posted an Instagram story. In the story- Rahul can be seen sitting alongside Pandya, and the picture had a text to it. Rahul asked the fans to give their honest reviews about Pandya’s new look, and wanted the all-rounder to change his mind. This was not the first time when the Karnataka-born Rahul made fun of Hardik. Last year Rahul posted a picture of a model on the ramp sporting a weird hairdo, and tagged Pandya asking the fans to give their views if it would suit the all-rounder.

The dressing room is clearly a fun place at the moment, as India clinched their fourth successive win in the ODI series. The visitors had earlier sealed the Test series 3-0 and handed a whitewash to the Sri Lankan team. Here are the Instagram posts of KL Rahul:
