One of the key members of the Southern Stars, the Australia Women cricket side, Megan Schutt was left dumbstruck to see Rohit Sharma plunder runs at will. In the last couple of weeks, Rohit Sharma has been in some scintillating form. He recently hit his record third double ton in the ODI cricket. And now, during the Indore T20I, he smashed his second T20I ton.

He took the opposition bowlers to the cleaners by hitting almost every delivery that came his way. Rohit smashed his ton in just 35 deliveries. He entered the record books for smashing the fastest ton in the shortest format of the game. He equaled the feat achieved by David Miller, who also has a T20I ton in 35 deliveries.

Rohit’s fine knock ended on 118 after he edged one to the gully fielder at almost the half way stage of the game. His knock came off just 43 deliveries and it was embellished with 12 fours and 10 clean sixes. Needless to say, the tweets came in flooding for the ‘Hitman’.

Among the many tweets that came his way, the tweet from the Australian Women team cricketer, Megan Schutt, bagged some headlines. This is not the first time that a lady cricketer has expressed her awe for an Indian batsman. Earlier, English cricketer Danielle Wyatt had often hailed the batting of Virat Kohli. And now, Rohit seems to have found another fan in Schutt. Rohit also received special tweet from hard hitting batsman Virender Sehwag. Another fan, eh?

Schutt exclaimed that the knock by Rohit Sharma was absolutely ‘crazy’. She could not believe her eyes as she watched the onslaught. She, however, even conceded that the pitch seemed to be a flat track.

Here is the tweet that Megan Schutt posted:

“What on Earth is happening @ImRo45 crazyyyyyy  record team score bound to be broken here!? #INDvSL #flattrack,” tweeted Megan Schutt.
