Sarfraz Ahmed: “Dew factor is coming, so we’ll bowl. We are very confident. We’re happy and confident to win the match. Raees and Amir are in, Wahab and Hasan Ali have been left out.”

Carlos Brathwaite: “Just get out there, assess conditions and see how we go. Looking for a better capitalisation of the Powerplay. Assess for the first 3-4 overs. The conversation has been had in the dressing room. We know where we fell short. A matter of trusting the guys. We have a lot of pride to play for. Two changes, Badree misses out with a sore groin. Kesrick Williams comes in. Chadwick Walton comes in for Lewis.”

Toss: Pakistan have won the toss and will bowl

The highly confident Pakistan team will be looking for a whitewash of the world champions West Indies today after having beaten the Calypso kings twice in consecutive days last weekend. The Men in Green have been batting well and their bowling as been exceptional.

They would hope to continue to maintain this form and head into the next leg of the tour with a 3-0 clean sweep to the credit. The West Indians have had a bad start to the UAE tour. But, they can still have an opportunity to win this game and get in the right mental shape before the ODIs and the Test series.

They have to deal with the current situation with optimism. Consistency has been an issue with Pakistan and West Indies can use it to their advantage if they manage to deal properly with some of the key players in the side such as Imad Wasim and Shoaib Malik.

The conditions haven’t change much. The wicket will be slow and turn with the dew playing a huge factor.
