PSL 2018, Final - Weather Forecast

The third edition of ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL)  is in its closing stages as Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United are all set to lock horns in the final. The National Stadium in Karachi will host their first ever game of the tournament even as Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) continues its efforts to revive international cricket in the country. While the weather in Lahore was rainy during the playoff matches last week, it would be interesting to see if the heavens open up on the night of the final.

Zalmi and United both have won the previous two editions of the tournament as the former team will be looking to defend the title. They’ve experienced the pressure of being in the final which should make for a fascinating contest. But the weather has to stay clear for a full 40-over game to take place. Both the matches in Lahore were curtailed due to the persistent rain. Here’s the weather forecast for the final of the tournament on Sunday.

According to AccuWeather, it is currently extremely sunny and hot in Karachi with the temperature hovering around 39 Degree Celsius. There are no chances of rain during the match which should be a great news for the cricket fans and the players as well as organisers of the tournament. Both the teams have worked so hard throughout the competition and they deserve a full game. Interestingly, the weather is expected to be hazy right through the course of the game with the temperatures coming down to 28 Degree Celsius.

There are absolutely 0% chances of rain with a gripping atmosphere in the middle. Moreover, the temperature is expected to cool down as the day progresses which should help the overseas players in adjusting to the conditions in a better way.

Overall verdict: Sit back and enjoy the fascinating finale of PSL as it won’t rain at all in Karachi.
