England gears up for a 3-match ODI series starting on Friday after whitewashing South Africa in the T20I series. The 1st and 3rd matches of this series will be played at the Newlands in Cape Town while the second ODI will be played at the Paarl’s Boland Park, same as the T20I series. Despite their poor run in T20Is recently, South Africa has fared well in ODIs especially at home. England, fresh of an ODI series defeat after a long time, will be aiming for their first ODI series win on South African soil in 11 years.

Here are all the key stats and numbers ahead of the 3-match ODI series between South Africa and England:

No cricketer before Stokes who was adjudged as the player of the final in a Men’s ODI CWC has spent more than ten months before playing his next ODI.
