<a href="https://www.crictracker.com/kagiso-rabadas-injury-is-a-blessing-in-disguise-says-allan-donald/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kagiso Rabada</a>, who made it into the South African ranks towards the twilight of Steyn&#8217;s career just seemed to have carried his legacy forward. Kagiso was praised by the man himself, <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/dale-steyn-congratulates-kagiso-rabada-after-his-sweep-at-the-csa-awards/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dale Steyn</a> on multiple occasions. Just like Dale, Rabada bowls at a great pace and is highly accurate. He has shown a lot of maturity in his short career thus far and has also outfoxed the best.

<a href="https://www.crictracker.com/glenn-mcgrath-backs-england-to-lift-the-world-cup-in-2019/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Glenn McGrath</a> was a part of the great Australian team in the 2000s. McGrath wasn&#8217;t the quickest or the canniest of bowlers. However, he always looked to stick to the basics of bowling &#8211; line and length. He never tried anything fancy in his 14-year career but was highly deceptive in the air and off the pitch fetching him 563 Test wickets.
Following the footsteps of McGrath is one of Australia&#8217;s key members, Josh Hazlewood. Adapting to the modern day game, Hazlewood is more of a canny customer and relies heavily on the swing. Moreover, he is known for his pinpoint accuracy and already has 151 wickets to his name in just the 40 Test matches he has played thus far.

Steve Smith is a modern-day legend and is one of the best in the world. Although he isn&#8217;t playing currently for Australia due to some unfortunate circumstances, Smith is undoubtedly an amazing batsman to watch. He has started his career as a leg-spinner and then switched to batting. But, he has just built his game up beautifully to emerge as one of the best.
<a href="https://www.crictracker.com/not-yet-says-shadab-khan-compared-steve-smith/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Shadab Khan</a> draws similarities with Steve Smith with somewhat a similar batting stance. Furthermore, both these men bowl leg-spin and are reliable batsmen. Just like Smith, Shadab too shuffles across his crease while playing his shots and are similar in more than one way. The fans have continuously been drawing comparisons between the style of play between these two players for quite some time now but Shadab is just too humble to turn them down.

It isn't everyday that we cricket fans get to relive the legends of yesteryear.
