After a well fought Test series against India, the South Africans will now face the touring Australians in a 4-match Test series. The recent failures in the limited-overs might not haunt the Saffers with the return of their senior players. Australia will be coming into the series on the bank of an unbeaten Test series record in South Africa in over four decades. A series win with a 3-game difference will give the No.2 spot for Aussies while the same will help the home team to narrow the gap between them and India in the ICC Test team rankings.
