One of the finest talents to emerge out of the IPL 2022 is the left-arm fast bowler Mohsin Khan. He was picked up at his base price of 20 Lakhs by Lucknow Super Giants(LSG). This was due to his impressive performances in the domestic cricket for a couple of years. In his debut IPL game against Gujarat Titans (GT), he finished with 0/18 off two overs.

Thereafter his figures read 1/27, 3/24, 4/16, 1/6, and 1/18. His best figures of 4/16 came against Delhi Capitals (DC), wherein he used his variations to good effect in helping the team win the game by six runs. In this pursuit, he picked important wickets of David Warner and Rishabh Pant.

The Sambhal-born player has 43 wickets in 32 T20s and has a good knowledge of the shortest format of the game. He can be floated in the upcoming tours of the national team. Since the retirement of Zaheer Khan, Team India has not witnessed any left-arm pacer, who has been consistent-enough and can be a possible option for the ICC T20 World Cup 2022.
