The experienced pacer, Prasidh Krishna has been a consistent wicket-taker across all the formats of the game. In 11 first-class appearances, he has scalped 49 wickets, and has 102 wickets in 57 List-A matches. He has also picked 61 wickets in 65 T20s.

In 2021, Krishna made his ODI debut against England finished with figures of 4/54 emerging as the best performer in the bowling unit. In seven ODIs, he has picked up a total of 18 wickets at an economy of 4.84. The 26-year old cricketer registered his best figures of 4/12 against West Indies earlier this year.

In IPL 2022, he is featuring for Rajasthan Royals (RR) and has been terrific taking wickets in the powerplay as well as in death overs. In 11 matches, he has 13 wickets to his name at an economy of 8.30. Among all the players, he can serve as a perfect candidate due to the combination of pace and bounce, with the latter one coming due to his height.
