The former Sri Lankan captain has already announced his retirement from all formats at the end of 2015 ICC World cup. He will definitely be looking forward to erase the pain of last two losses in the finals of 2007 and 2011 World cups.

Mahela Jayawardene is also the most capped ODI player currently and he would like to end his career on a high. He had a wonderful 2011 World cup and scored a century in the final, but that was not enough for Sri Lanka. This time, he will make sure, Sri Lanka go home with the trophy as 2 time World Cup winners.
