India skipper Virat Kohli gave one more reason for his fans to love him more by having a fun and interactive Question-and-Answer session on Instagram on Saturday 29 May. Kohli and the rest of the squad members are currently in strict mandatory 14-day quarantine in Mumbai, before they are scheduled to depart on June 02 to England.

As soon as Kohli’s Q & A went viral, fans started to ask him a number of questions ranging from his training ritual to his food diets and a few related to COVID-19 vaccination.

During the session, he was also asked an interesting question from one of the fans regarding the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) culture and about its players. The question was about who in the team was the funniest, smartest, and very shy player. Skipper Kohli went with Yuzvendra Chahal, Ab de Villiers, and Kyle Jamieson as his three choices respectively for the same.

The 32-year-old Kohli picked Chahal as being the funniest because of his constant fun banters with his teammates which always end up bringing smiles on the faces of fans. Kohli and de Villiers ‘Bromance’ is a known fact as the two are very fond of each other and share mutual trust and respect. Known as Mr 360, de Villiers always helps Kohli with ideas, plans, and strategy during the IPL games, and hence he chose him as the smartest among all RCB players.

The newly added Jamieson had a decent tournament with the ball as he picked seven wickets and was impressive with his pace and bounce. His RCB skipper though felt he is too reserved and took time to open with other players and hence Kohli labeled him as shy.

Kohli and Jamieson will go head-to-head against each other in the summit clash in the ICC World Test Championship final (WTC) which is set to begin on June 18 at Southampton.

Interestingly, the lanky pacer had politely declined an offer from his RCB skipper to bowl with Dukes’ ball ahead of the high-profile final.  The two teams had faced off in a two-match Tests series held in New Zealand in January 2020. Jamieson was playing his first Test, and he managed to dismiss Virat Kohli. The Indian skipper will surely look to settle scores this time with him during the finale.
