One of the most elegant and stylish cricketers in international cricket today, Indian opener Rohit Sharma is celebrating today his 31st birthday. Many of the former cricketers, as well as his teammates, wished the Indian cricketer on the memorable occasion in his life. Former Indian opener Virender Sehwag, who has now made up a habit of coming with some innovative and hilarious tweets for his fellow sportsmen and other celebrities. Sehwag wished Rohit on his birthday with a special and exciting message on Twitter.

Rohit was seen first displaying his potential and abilities in the inaugural edition of the World T20 in 2007, where he played a couple of match-winning knocks. He started his international limited overs career as a middle-order batsman and then got the chance to open the innings in the ICC Champions Trophy 2013 and the youngster sealed the opening slot with some solid knocks.

Since then, Rohit is the only batsman on the planet to record three double centuries in the 50-over format. The Mumbaikar has played many match-winning innings for the Indian team in the recent years, which is why he continues to be a vital cog in the limited overs setup in the team.

The former Indian cricketer mentioned that he loves to watch Rohit bat and also wished him for a prosperous and shining future. Ironically, it was 2 years ago the same day when Sehwag started his new and rejuvenated journey on Twitter with wishing all the cricketers and other people on their birthdays and with Rohit’s birthday the hilarious trend started.
