Former Indian cricketer turned commentator Aakash Chopra had a special video for all the cricket fans. Ever wondered what the commentators do behind the scenes? The former Indian cricketer posted a video on his social media accounts showing just that. The cricket world knows the commentators for doing their job behind the microphones. But when they are away from their mics, they prefer to a take nap.

At least, that is what they have been up to in the ongoing India-England Test series. Aakash Chopra recorded a video at the end of the second session of day 1 of the Mohali Test. India dominated the proceedings of the Test on the day. The hapless visiting England team struggled to get their act together and went into the tea session with a lot to ponder about.

Meanwhile, the commentators chose to use their tea break to take a nap instead. The video features three of the leading commentators of the commentary panel. Ravi Shastri, Dean Jones and Sanjay Manjrekar are seeing sleeping in this video. The footage starts with Aakash Chopra focusing his lens on former Australian cricketer Dean Jones.

Dean Jones looks deep asleep as he suddenly opens his eyes to see the camera having its focus on him. With the sleep drooping eyes, Deano mentions that there is still one more session to go. The focus shifts to Sanjay Manjrekar after that. The former Indian cricketer has his legs outstretches as he relaxes and takes a power nap.

The commentator who his known for his remarks that come out like tracer bullets, Ravi Shastri, is also seen sleeping in the background. Well, taking a power nap in between the sessions sounds like a good idea. Now whether the sleep was induced because of a heavy lunch or because of the slowness of the Test format, that is up to the viewers to decide.
