Mayanti was born on the 8th of February, 1985 in Delhi. She is the daughter of Lt. General Sanjiv Langer who worked for the UN and Preminda Langer. Mayanti is a B.A.(Hons) graduate from Hindu College in Delhi. She is also called by the name ‘Maya’.

2.Wanted to become a graphic designer:

Mayanti wanted to become a graphic designer before becoming a sports journalist. When she first hosted Football cafe on Zee Sports, the broadcast became a huge success and thus motivated her to continue in the same line.

The star journalist has got over 105k followers on her twitter handle while she follows only 55 people. Her Instagram account attracts 216k followers while she follows 146 people.

4.Wife of Stuart Bunny:

The anchor is also the wife of Indian Cricketer Stuart Binny. They have been married for almost 6 years now and many fans are unaware of it. She is four months older than Binny who currently plays for Karnataka.
