The 10th match of the 2020 ACC Eastern Region T20 will be played between Hong Kong and Malaysia at the Terdthai Cricket Ground in Bangkok.

The match starts at 1:30 PM local time (6:30 AM GMT) (12:00 PM IST).

Hong Kong and Malaysia will be facing off for the 6th time in space of a month but the Malaysian team being victorious on all the five previous instances. A 5-0 win during the Interport T20I series at home did give Malaysia the boost ahead of the 2020 ACC Eastern Region T20. However, they were thumped in the game against Singapore and lost the hope of finishing on the top. Hong Kong, on the other hand, started the tournament well but lost a close match against Singapore. In the case of Nepal defeating Singapore, the Hong Kong team will have a chance of finishing on the top with a big win over Hong Kong.

The Terdthai Cricket Ground is expected to witness rain in the early hours of Friday but no rain is forecasted from 8 AM local time and hence the afternoon match is unlikely to be interrupted.
