Blue World City announces Pakistan's biggest stadium in Sports Valley

As Pakistan is all set to build the world’s first purpose-built tourist city, they aim to create a sports valley in the city. Investors, people from the world of real estate, and higher officials of Blue World City had an orientation ceremony on 4th August (Thursday) to discuss this project.

It was conveyed to all the participants that the main aim is to build a sports valley with all the modern facilities and amenities. During the orientation ceremony, it was announced that Blue World City’s intention is to build Pakistan’s largest cricket stadium. They are expecting to host 55,000 spectators on the ground and that will certainly be a revolutionary move for Pakistan cricket and business.

Speaking to the media on this occasion, Chairman of Blue World City, Mr. Saad Nazir said, “we are introducing a world-class Sports Valley in the World’s first purpose-built tourist city, which will prove to be a revolution in the Pakistani real estate market and will promote the domestic as well as international sports activities.

There will be other high-rise commercial complexes and residential apartments near the stadium as well. Since the basic purpose is to give a pleasant experience to all the tourists, the organizing committee will also build a Torch Hotel, Villaggio Mall, and various Sports Clubs. There will be other facilities like Hockey grounds, Basketball courts, tennis courts and much more.

Mr. Chaudhry Nadeem Ijaz, CEO of the organization said, “The purpose of introducing Sports Valley is to promote sports tourism in the first purpose-built tourist city of the world”.

He added, “by introducing unique and innovative projects in the country’s real estate market, we want to take it on the path of development in line with the global standards”.

The estimated dates are yet to be known but the company will act fast in order to get the things done. It’s still nothing but just a plan at the moment.
