The mid-table often provides some interesting tussles and Sunday evening will play host to the game between Chittagong Vikings and Comilla Victorians. Both Vikings and the Victorians occupy the third and fourth place on the table respectively and in a bid to rise further, they have a huge challenge at hand.

The Victorians will be without their skipper Steve Smith for the remainder of the tournament as the Aussie cricketer has to undergo an elbow surgery. The responsibility now falls on the shoulders of Imrul Kayes, who is the stand-in skipper, who will require some assistance from senior cricketer Shahid Afridi.

Mushfiqur Rahim’s Vikings are off to a flying start with two wins in three games. They have one of the worst records in the tournament history and the signing of one of their country’s stalwarts has been a huge boost. They certainly have a decent enough squad to maintain this run for the remainder of the tournament.
