3 LSG bowlers to watch out for ahead of IPL 2024

LSG have some very good bowlers in the IPL 2024. They had a good auction last year and seemed to have covered many bases. The core of their bowling revolves around the Indian bowlers who are not highly experienced. They do have the experience of Amit Mishra. But he is not a regular in the playing XI. Hence, Lucknow Super Giants have a lot of players who are exciting to watch. Many of them will be hoping to have a breakthrough season. 

It is being said that the bowlers win you tournaments. LSG have bowlers who can help them to win the maiden title in the league. Despite being two years old in the league, LSG have produced some very good bowlers. Some of them have gone on to represent their national team. Others are in line to get the Indian call-up anytime soon. Lucknow Super Giants have added a different layer to the IPL with their aggression. 

Their bowlers are of different varieties and can come in handy in various conditions. They are suited to the home conditions in Lucknow where the ball usually grips and turns. Slower bowlers usually succeed on the red soil pitch of Ekana Stadium. Even for conditions away from home, LSG have bowlers who can contain the runs and claim wickets as well.

Mohsin Khan 

Mohsin Khan would be hungry to perform in the IPL 2024. The left-arm pacer was one of the most impressive bowlers in the league in IPL 2022 where he burst onto the scene with insane performances. The entire season saw him bowl miserly spells and claim wickets. While LSG could not progress further after losing the Eliminator, Mohsin had left a mark as a pacer. However, a major injury followed the highs of 2022. 

The injury kept him out of action for more than a year. In the process, Mohsin ended up missing the domestic season. He also missed the first half of the IPL 2023. In the 2nd half, it took some time for the youngster to get accustomed to the home conditions. In 2024, he would be hoping to perform well for the entire season. LSG would be hoping for him to be fit. Mohsin is a highly skillful pace bowler.
