4. Ryan Burl
Ryan Burl is a decent all-rounder and is a jack of all trades. He is Shakib Al Hasan type of cricketer, who can contribute with the bat, can bowl decently and is a good fielder. Unlike Shakib, his inconsistency will always be a matter of discussion.
He can anchor the innings well and thus with a strike-rate of 118.56, Burl has scored 728 runs from 47 matches in T20Is. The leg-breaker has 32 wickets in this format and that proves his all-round quality.
In the 2017–18 Logan Cup, the Zimbabwean was the leading run-scorer for Rising Stars with 401 runs in five matches. Later he went on to play for Chattogram Challengers in the 2019–20 Bangladesh Premier League.
Burl needs to have an exceptional season in order to get into the Indian Premier League. He has done well for himself but the eyes are now on him to take it to the next level. He is an exciting prospect who definitely has the talent to make itbig.
