5. Delhi Capitals
Delhi Capitals will be looking to win their first trophy this season, and with a balanced bowling unit, they look like one of the better teams in the tournament. While Mitchell Starc is yet to arrive due to being rested by Cricket Australia for workload management, they have Lungi Ngidi, Dushmantha Chameera and Kyle Jamieson, reliable backups for the Australian quick. They splurged big money on Jammu and Kashmir star quick Auqib Nabi, who shone in their Ranji Trophy win and has highly improved his T20 bowling.
Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav form one of the most complimentary and potent spin duos, with Vipraj Nigam set to replicate his role as the third spinner. They have the part-time bowling of Stubbs to rely on, with backups like Ajay Mandal and Andhra prospect Tripurna Vijay.
