The &#8216;garbage incident&#8217; gained a lot of air. Anushka had bashed a man on the road for throwing off rubbish and the Indian skipper filmed the same. Not to end the story there, he further posted it on his social media which caused a huge uproar.

It was Pakistani pacer <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/umar-gul-isnt-worried-about-hasan-alis-form/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hasan Ali</a> who became the centre of attraction with his humorous act. The pacer, after dismissing Zimbabwe batsman Murray pulled out his unique &#8216;bomb explosion&#8217; celebration. However, he seemed to have injured his neck in the process and the trolls weren&#8217;t going to miss out on this opportunity.
There were several memes that were created which made the entire incident quite comical. One of the users tweeted that Hasan was the first bowler in the history of cricket who injured himself while celebrating. Also, there were many other memes on him when he stated that he wished to pick all the ten wickets in the Asia Cup game against India.

KL Rahul was terrific in the IPL 2018. Such was his brilliance that the selectors threw him an extended rope and gave him several chances. However, the opener failed to replicate his domestic success on the international arena. In 36 innings this year, he only registered two centuries &#8211; one in T20Is and one in Tests. He scored 861 runs in the year at an average of 27 and got out for a duck on five occasions.
Hence, there were several trolls about him throughout the year except during the IPL season.
