The limelight today is on former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag. Viru turns 38 today and the whole cricketing fraternity got together to wish him. One reason why this day is so special is because of all the special memories he gave to us as a dashing cricketer. He is a cricketing idol to many. But another reason behind all the excitement in the cricketing fraternity is because of his witty presence on twitter.

The Nawab of Nazafgarh had made it a habit of wishing almost every cricketing personality on their birthday. While wishing birthday is not something new but his style of celebrating birthday was filled humour and punch lines. So, therefore, when 20th October 2016 arrived, everyone was ready and waiting to wish Viru in his own trademarks style and make the day more special for him.

In an International career that spanned over 15 years, Sehwag etched his name in the cricketing history as the most entertaining batsman to have ever played the match. In the 104 Test matches, Sehwag has scored 8586 runs at an average of just below 50 and a sensational strike-rate of 83. His numbers are equally good in the limited overs format as he scored 8273 runs from 251 matches at an average of 35.05 with a devastating strike-rate of 104.33. After his playing days, Sehwag served as a mentor for Kings XI Punjab before taking up the role of commentator.
