Watch: MS Dhoni shows off his dancing skills

Many people were shocked when MS Dhoni was removed from captaincy by the Rising Pune franchise as they opted for Steve Smith as captain. There has been a lot of controversy over the same and Sanjiv Goenka’s brother, Harsh Goenka’s tweet but the world cup winning captain seems to be calm as ever. Instead the 35-year-old was seen enjoying his time away from the burden of captaincy and showing off his dance skills.

MS Dhoni posted a video of him on Instagram, dancing with Ajinkya Rahane. We also get to see England all-rounder Ben Stokes in the video as he watches the former Indian captain show off his dance moves. The video went viral as soon as the cricketer posted it. It got 600,000 views and 4000 comments which are not at all a surprise.

Pune made a good start to the 10^th season of the Indian Premier League as they convincingly beat the Mumbai Indians at home. But their joy was cut short in the second match against the King’s XI Punjab who outclassed them in every department. Punjab skipper Glenn Maxwell played a scintillating inning for his franchise as he saw side past the finish line with ease.

But after the game against the Mumbai Indians, Sanjiv Goenka’s brother, Harsh Goenka tweeted some disappointing comments about Mahendra Singh Dhoni which did not go down well with the fans. The Chairman of RPG enterprises praised Australian skipper Steve Smith for his wonderful innings against the Mumbai Indians but at the same time said ill of Mahendra Singh Dhoni.  The fans took a dig at Harsh Goenka who was heavily criticized all over the popular social media website.

Dhoni has been the captain of his IPL franchises for the past nine years. He first led the Chennai Super Kings from 2008-2015 and then took charge of the Rising Pune Supergiant in 2016.
