Gujarat, batting first, set a target of 162 runs, which Punjab successfully chased down in the final over. The top order contributed effectively, with Prabhsimran Singh scoring 37 runs, while Cooper Connolly played a match-winning knock of 72. In the bowling department, Vijaykumar Vyshak delivered an excellent spell, claiming three wickets for 34 runs in four overs, while Yuzvendra Chahal chipped in with two wickets.
