Sakshi Dhoni, the wife of India’s limited-overs skipper MS Dhoni, has found her name floating in the media for the wrong reasons now. Apparently, an FIR has been filed against Sakshi Dhoni in a fraud case under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The FIR was filed by Dennis Arora, a resident of Gurugram’s Nirvana Country township. It’s based around a fraudulent case against Rhiti MSD Almode Pvt. Ltd. Sakshi Dhoni has her stakes in the company.
The reports in DailyBhaskar suggests that the company has shares with a gym and fitness center named Sportsfit World. Rhiti MSD Almode Pvt. Ltd. is directed by Sakshi Dhoni, Arun Pandey, Shubhawati Pandey and Pratima Pandey. Dennis Arora’s father Vikas Arora is a co-holder of shares at Sportsfit World and has 39 percent shares in the company.
Dennis, in his complaint, has alleged that the directors of Rhiti MSD Almode Pvt. Ltd. wanted to buy the shares from him. He says that the deal was worth 11 crores. However, he was paid only 2.25 crores. The due date set for the clearance of dues was way back on March 31. The directors apparently failed to complete the transaction. Now, he has decided to take legal action against the company.
Incidentally, the sports agency Rhiti MSD Almode Pvt. Ltd. is linked with the recently released MS Dhoni biopic too. Arun Pandey, one of the co-producers of the movie and one of the directors of the company, has said that they have already paid the dues for the shares that Arora transferred.

Arun Pandey also emphasized that there is no way in which MS Dhoni’s wife, Sakshi Dhoni, can be linked to the case. According to him, Sakshi had already left the company about a year ago and has no role to play in the transaction. The case is still pending before arbitration of the Delhi High Court.
The FIR was filed at Gurugram Lok Police station at Gurugram.
