5. Saurabh Tiwary (RCB) vs Pune Warriors India (2012)

The 2012 season witnessed another flabbergasting finish when the Royal Challengers Bangalore locked horns with the Pune Warriors India. Chasing a huge 183-run target, Ashok Dinda gave just 7 runs off the penultimate over to condense the equation to 21 needed off the final over. AB de Villiers and Saurabh Tiwary were in the middle for Bangalore.
After Tiwary picked up a single off the first ball, AB de Villiers showed the world why he’s so highly rated. He spanked Ashish Nehra for a four, followed by two big sixes. With four needed in two cherries, he could only manage a single and the onus fell back on Tiwary. He hammered the final ball over long-on for a six and Ashish Nehra was left heart-broken. But the entire Chinnaswamy witnessed an amazing game of cricket and the home side winning it made even more sensational.
