The two struggling teams in the Indian Premier League (IPL) so far will lock horns at the Wankhede Stadium on Tuesday. Mumbai Indians (MI) are yet to win a game after playing three matches and their opposition’s victory in the second game is looking like a fluke after the way Royals thrashed at home. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) once again have found themselves in the rut like the previous year and they would be eager to come out of it big time. But for that to happen the weather in Mumbai has to be clear.

Mumbai must be considering themselves unlucky after losing all their 3 matches in the last over. But one has to admit that they haven’t played their best cricket for 40 overs and its only in the dying stages of the game that they’ve managed to stage a comeback. RCB are facing even more problems with their lacklustre bowling attack which blows hot and cold more often than not. Though Wankhede offers them the best chance to get back on the winning track as their gun players find their best form at the venue.

Will it rain in Mumbai?

According to Accu Weather, the climate in Mumbai for today’s match is going to be clear and there should be no problems whatsoever. There will be less humidity as well compared to the previous matches which comes as a good news for all the players. It will be partly sunny until 6 PM and is expected to turn hazy while the atmosphere will get cooler. The temperatures will be hovering around 30 Degree Celsius and the humidity will be around 45 percent. The jam-packed Wankhede crowd will create a lot of buzz at the venue as well.

Dew is set to play its part and trouble the team bowling second once again. So expect the team winning the toss to field first which has been the trend so far in the last 13 matches.

Overall Verdict: Sit back and enjoy the action in the evening. Nothing is going to stop MI and RCB from treating the crowd with an absolute humdinger.
