IPL 2022: How to book playoffs tickets online?

The IPL 2022 has reached the business end and the teams have started to battle it out for the top four spots in the points table to make it to the playoffs. Gujarat Titans are the only team to qualify for the playoffs stages so far, while seven other teams still are battling it out for the remaining three slots. With ten teams in place, there is a possibility for a team to even qualify on 14 points with a better net run-rate while CSK and MI have no chances further.

Qualifier 1 will take place between the first-placed side and the second-placed side in the points table at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on May 24. The Eliminator will be held at the same venue in Kolkata on May 25 between the third and fourth-placed sides in the points table and the loser of the game gets knocked out of the tournament. The loser of Qualifier 1 and the winner of Eliminator will battle it out in Qualifier 2 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on May 27.

The finals will be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad between the winners of Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 on May 29. The tickets are yet to open for the finals while they have been up and running for the Playoffs.

How to book tickets for the IPL 2022 Playoffs this year?

The tickets for the IPL 2022 Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator of IPL 2022 Playoffs have already been sold out while the tickets for the Qualifier 2 stages are fast getting sold as well. It will be important for the fans to hurry up while booking their tickets to ensure they don’t miss the opportunity to watch the game from the stands. The ticket price starts from INR 500 and it goes up to INR 10000 based on the seating luxuries for the fans.

The fans will be able to book the tickets from home by visiting bookmyshow.com for Qualifier 2 of the IPL 2022 season. Despite the improving Covid-19 situation in India, it will be mandatory for the fans to take precautionary measures. One person will be allowed to enter the stadium on one ticket alone. Also, the vaccination certificate will have to be carried as well for the adults above 18 years while entering the grounds.
