With the 21-day lockdown going on, there is a lot of uncertainty over IPL. The tournament is unlikely to be held and players are staying at home due to the lockdown. Most of the players are using this opportunity to interact with their fans on social fans.
Krunal Pandya, on Thursday, decided to conduct a Questions and Answers session with all his fans on Twitter. During this interaction, the all-rounder from Baroda gave answers to several questions asked by his fans. Fans used this opportunity to get him to answer several questions.
All they had to do was tweet their question and add “#AskKrunal” with it. One of the fans asked him about the toughest bowler he has ever faced. The tweet from the fan was, “#AskKrunal Who is the toughest bowler u ever faced?”.

Without naming any other player, Krunal chose only one bowler’s name and that was the star from Afghanistan. Senior Pandya revealed that the toughest bowler he had faced was actually Rashid Khan. The two players must have come across each other during the IPL matches.
Krunal Pandya has been a regular member of the Mumbai Indians team since 2016. Rashid Khan, on the other hand, has been a key member of the Sunrisers Hyderabad franchise since 2017 season of the IPL.
The 21-year-old Afghani leg-spinner has already featured in 211 T20 matches all over the world. The spinner has been feared by many batsmen around the world and regarded as one of the finest leg-spinners in the game currently.
In his 211 T20 matches, he has picked up 296 wickets. There isn’t any league in which hasn’t played, such is his global recognition. For the 2020 IPL, he was again contracted to play for Sunrisers Hyderabad. In his 46 IPL appearances, Rashid has picked up 55 wickets.

Coming back to Krunal Pandya, this season IPL would’ve been quite crucial for the all-rounder. Unlike his brother, Hardik, Krunal isn’t a regular member of the T20I squad of India. He hasn’t been picked for the T20 squad since last November when India played Bangladesh at home.
The southpaw has played 18 T20Is, scoring 121 runs at a strike rate of 131.52. He also has 14 wickets to go with that. As the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup comes closer, Krunal would hope to make a comeback in the Indian squad.
