Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans will face each other in the 17th match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2022 at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Multan Sultans are just ruling the tournament as they have played six matches and won all six of them eventually sealing a place in the Play-Offs with 12 points. Lahore and Multan last met on January 29 in the third match of the ongoing PSL in a high-scoring thriller. Batting first, Qalandars smashed 206/5 thanks to Fakhar Zaman who is in red-hot form as he scored 76 runs. But Shan Masood and skipper Mohammad Rizwan had other ideas as they amassed 83 and 69 runs respectively to chase down the mammoth total subsequently winning the encounter for Multan Sultans by five wickets.
